The difference is who answers the phone
Four things we hold to
01

You deal with one adviser
Matched to you, and yours to keep
02

Reviewed, never filed away
A house, a child, a decade
03

A multi-generational view
Advice built to outlast us
04

Waikato, not Auckland
Meet your adviser in person
We would rather advise a family than a file.

Questions worth asking
The things people ask before a first meeting.
Charges may apply depending on how complex your circumstances are. Any fee is agreed with you in writing before work begins, so no invoice arrives unexpectedly. Where we arrange cover we may also be remunerated by the insurer, and that is set out in writing before you decide anything.
Life cover, trauma and critical illness, total and permanent disablement, income protection, mortgage repayment and redundancy cover, and health and medical insurance. Personal risk, advised properly, is the whole of our practice.
We keep client numbers deliberately modest. That is the point of the practice rather than a limitation of it.
We meet in person and talk about your family, your commitments, what you already hold, and what would happen if something went wrong. You sign one thing at that first meeting: confirmation that you have received your adviser's disclosure statement and understood it. Nothing else. No application, no commitment. Most meetings take about an hour, at our rooms on Garden Place or wherever suits you better.
